Phil & Family

Phil moved to southern Nevada in 1987 from Illinois, and clerked for Hon. Earle W. White, Jr., in the Eighth Judicial District Court. He met his wife, Morgan Lea, during that first year. They married in 1990 in a ceremony presided over by Judge White. Phil became a licensed attorney and started practicing in 1988.

Phil and Morgan Lea have two grown children, Jennifer and Jesse, who went to public schools in Clark County and graduated from Las Vegas High School. Jennifer lives and works in southern Nevada. Jesse graduated from UNLV in May 2009 and lives in Germany, where he is researching human genetics under a Fulbright Fellowship.

Phil and Morgan Lea live in Henderson with their two other kids, miniature dachshunds Piper Jane and Zoey.
